It seems that we still have some non-believers out there. Yes after pwning Wisconsin in their building 48-7 and pretty much putting everyone on notice (with the exception of douche galore Mark May), some voters still feel that USC, Florida and Oklahoma all with 1 loss are better than the 7-0 Lions. The same team that beat down Oregon State by 31 who beat USC. Florida who couldn't make a PAT to tie Ole Miss, and well Oklahoma just showed they have no defense. One person believes that BYU in their perfect record are better than us. I'm sorry what quality opponent have they beaten UCLA?
Penn State is in the top 10 in both scoring defense and scoring offense... seriously what gives?
Just keep disrepecting the Lions and watch.

BYU?
I am fine with someone ranking us behind OU. I can see why someone might rank us behind Florida. I am a little confused on why someone would rank us behind USC. But I am completely and utterly baffled how you rank us behind BYU.

The lowest anyone had was 5, and neither of those teams were ahead of us.

As for USC, somebody obviously was smoking something before submitting their poll for this week =/.
And...
Kevin Pearson is from Southern California. He obviously needs to be re-evaluated as a voter for the AP poll since he is quite clearly a homer.

We’re number three, behind two teams that convincingly beat #1 ranked teams. I’m fine with that for the time being. I think we’re exactly where we belong.

I have no problem at 3
I agree that 3 is where we should be right now and I’m happy with that. What grinds my gears is being behind one loss teams i.e Oklahoma, USC and Florida.
The "3 spot" is soild...

Georgia was not #1
when they were beaten by Alabama. It was a #3/#5 matchup and GA probably should not fallen as low as they did.

AP voters need to change
This is exactly why the AP voting system is horrible. It’s a good thing the AP is not used for BCS rankings anymore. The most absurd vote is #5 made by Molly Yanity from Seattle.
A little look at her bio at thepaper she writes for makes the picture a little clearer.
“Before making the trek across the country to college, Yanity grew up in Athens, Ohio. Her grandfather was a football official in the Mid-American and Big Ten Conferences and she traveled the Midwest to watch him officiate.”
Rude awakening
When you all find out that not a single computer has us above 5th and 2 have us outside the top 10. Our SoS is terrible so we should be happy with 3rd and shut-up till we finish the season.

Yes we’re 7-0 and have dominated everyone we played. But not one of our opponents currently has a winning record (3 are at .500), and their combined record is 17-27. Choke jobs by Illinois and Wisconsin make them look worse than they are, but we haven’t played anyone as good as Oklahoma or Georgia. The way we’re playing, we can compete with anyone, but it’s hard to argue we should be ranked ahead of TX or Alabama right now.

but that some people place us lower than that, and those people are placing 1 loss teams with some questionable credentials above us.

But nobody has us lower than, and that’s only one person.

All I was saying
Was the 6 people that have 1 loss teams or BYU ranked ahead of us need to wake up. I’m glad we are at 3 and I dont think we should be any higher than 3, I just think anything below 3 is a slight smack in the face.
