Love the roar

but hate hearing it at other places, especially when it is the exact same roar. (I’m looking at you, Detroit Tigers…hey, one more thing to hate Michigan for)

im a huge fan of the SINGLE roar, although i love it all the same i could really do without that “triple roar” that they’ve recently introduced

i remember the early years of "the roar"

I remember most of the students in the endzone used to laugh; most of us thought it was pretty hokey at the time. I also remember some people nearly jumping out of their seats the first time they heard it… this was an age when we weren’t constantly being bombarded by strange sound effects as we are these days and some people got kind of startled by it.
