I love reading this the night after a game….usually brings back the same emotions I was feeling…..I could never type during a game….spend most of the time pacing while the wife (Iowa Alum) rolls her eyes…..

Though I think Penn State should be up 21, and Ohio State have 0 (thanks for the no-call on the hold), I’m somewhat content at 3-3. It’s better than being down by 21. The game is on the road, it’s loud, and it’s this team’s first real high pressure matchup. Wisconsin should have been, but it turned into a laugher.
Penn State has to come out and put up 7 when it gets the ball. Take some pressure off the D. In addition, intercept no less than three of Pryor’s “Oh Jesus Please Catch This!” passes. They have more hang time than most punts.

and I was a little disappointed that Clark wasn’t a better sport about it. He could have been encouraging Pat when he came to the sideline, but almost looked mad when psu scored.

I was offline most of the night because of connection issues but its all alright. It was a defensive battle, hard fought. Whoever scored the first TD was going to win and we did. Normally, we’d lose this game, especially after Clark went out with a concussion but the better team held on and won.
