I’d been under the impression that Mills was disenchanted with his Penn State experience. The comment from him indicates that I’m possibly mistaken.
Well...
Mills probably realizes that it would not look too good if he came out with negative commentary. If he did that, I know that I would just think—“he’s pissed because his record sucked!” This way, it looks as if he is still supporting the program and was just low on talented offensive players while he was there.
