Bars to watch the game in Niagara Falls Canada
I'm going canning this weekend in Niagara Falls Canada, you know for THON, and was wondering if anyone knew of a bar where my buddies and I could catch the game.It would be great to know of a place that we could go too. If anyone knows of a place please let me know so I don't have to go back across the border to watch the game. Thank you in advance.

I wish I could remember the name of the place
But I was at a bar up there that was loaded, literally packed, with Penn State fans, mostly 19 and 20 year olds who went up to drink underage for the Purdue game in 1999.
So while I can’t help you on a specific place, I can tell you that will probably be some place.

What's the exchange rate these days?
I might pay off. Or you might have to work an extra hour or two to make up the difference.
You guys should go canning in Europe. The Euro is looking pretty strong to me.

Niagra Primer
When we used to go it was $1.50 Canaidan to $1.00 US, they loved Americans up there too. It was like a three hour road trip, I used to do it a couple time a year when I was 21 and my girlfriend was 19 or 20. You probably lose money on the exchange rate today. You didn’t need a passport back in the day either, but I am pretty sure you do now.
Molson XXX - Will hurt you bad.
Niagra Falls in Fall & Winter- Cheap, deserted and cold as hell.
Ripley’s Believe it or Not museum - waste of time
Maid of the Mist/Journey Behind the Falls - Exactly one time in your life, and if you don’t have a ton of cash, buy Molson XXX instead and just say you did it. You’re not missing that much.
American side - Don’t waste your time.
Heart Shaped Jacuzzi - Totally worth every single penny.
Bring a girl though, this is a shitty buddy trip because everything is geared toward honeymooners.

you can try the casino's
dont know for sure though.
Getting ESPN is difficult in Canada. Why is this game on ESPN anyway? If it was ABC you would have no problem getting it.

theres a bar called boston pizza on clifton hill. they have a huge beer pitcher thats like 162 ounces or something
4960 Clifton Hill
Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3N4, Canada
(905) 358-2750
thats the address, but if you’re at the hard rock, walk towards the falls, and then take a right up the hill, its on your left hand side.

Boston Pizza
brings back alot of good memories. And yea its a pretty solid sports bar, they have enough tv’s to spare a few for the people not glued to TSN and watching 24/7 Maple Leafs coverage

I second Boston Pizza. I was there when I was like 14 and got served. From what I understand, they have a pretty good sports selection usually. Just hope there’s not a Leafs game on.
Either way, you’ll have a good time there. You could always go back to the American side of the falls if the game is only on ESPN. Brush up on your knife fighting skills before, though.

I third Boston Pizza, It’s not exactly a “Penn Sate Bar” but I watched the National Championship game there in January and it was a decent place to watch it. Also, the sports book at Casino Niagara is a great place to watch a game, if they have it on one of the big tvs, and the bad downstairs isnt bad either. I’m 20 and have been there 3 times. It’s heaven.
