AQ's Prank
It is actually nice to hear that our squad is staying loose. So it seems "AQ Shipley" provided around 15 minutes of answers to the media regarding the game this weekend. As it turns out, AQ was not on the call. Instead, resident team comedian, Rich Ohrnberger played the role of AQ on this call. The media had no idea until a letter was sent out explaining the situation.
It is good to see that we can still have some fun even though the biggest game of the season is days away. Nice job Rich!

Okay, who else lol when they read this
Though it couldn’t be confirmed the prankster was indeed Ohrnberger, he has been known to joke around in the past. He once said lineman Quinn Barham is “a great kisser, but nothing open-mouthed. Nothing crazy. Soft stuff.”
On the record as a longtime supporter of Daryll Clark
Wow
We definitely need to see more Rich O in front of the press. My guess is comments like that force him to have to sneak into these things.
Considering Joe’s distaste for the media I wonder how he handled this. Did he make them run extra steps after practice or did he slap them on the back and say “Way to get them.”

Definitely the latter
Now, we’ll see if any of those duped reporters have a stick up their butt enough to raise a legitimate stink. Wait, bad choice of cliches there, sorry. Oberger sound hilarious.

Hopefully he doesn't get the
Dan Connor “prank phone call” punishment ;-)
By the way, did we ever actually find out what kind of prank phone call would lead to a suspension? It was to an assisstant coach, yeah? I’d imagine it had to have been more serious than the “is your refrigerator running?” prank.
No harm done.
He didn’t offend anyone, just college kids having fun.

Yeah
What Connor did was cruel. What Shipley and Rich O. did only pissed off Jim Nelson who had to apologize to the media for it. The media seems to be getting a chuckle out it themselves.

The way I heard it
He would call pizza places and have a bunch of food delivered to the coach’s house late at night.
True or not, you can see how Joe could come down on a player for doing that to a senile former coach.
There is a tractor in the parking lot, West Virginia license EIEIO. Your lights are on.
That is a classic.
I believe he should be punished by going to the creamery and purchasing Ice Cream for JoePa!
Settle it on the field!
