No Respect From Pat Forde

From a prediction standpoint it’s hard to argue with it. I don’t see any lack of respect in the opinion that USC is better than Penn State.

USC should be in the National Title Game despite their one loss.

Yes, we get it…USC has good athletes on defense…but they can be beaten…Oregon State showed us that.

This is the game we prove to the country we are not Ohio State.

I am getting so tired of hearing the same crap over and over again. This is another damn reason we need a playoff. This break is ridiculously long and we could be in the 2nd round or so by now. Then again, our kids may really get up for the RB having to hear this shit for a month or so about how we have no chance. It has certainly worked for us in the past.

the obsequious Penn State administration ought to give Press Box Joe Paterno another three-year extension and tell him he doesn’t need to name a successor until he turns 100.

That’s not even just trying to be funny with old-age jokes. He’s being a straight asshole with that line. Obsequious. Damn, talk about kettle and blackness. we weren’t supposed to be able to score more than 10 against Ohio State. they were close to being correct, because we barely did. The point these types of guys always leave out is that our defense is pretty damn good too, and USC will be lucky to score more than 10 on us as well.

Penn State could hold Washington, Washington State, UCLA, Notre Dame, and Virginia to single digits. So could Ohio State. and Iowa.

Either he doesn’t know how long the Paterno vs. Spanier fight has been going on, or he’s just stupid and using the wrong word.

DG asked PF what bowl game seemed good on paper but would probably be a blowout……….he said he has to say Penn State USC……..because he doesn’t see Penn State getting out of the single digits against this defense and that if USC scores 3 or 4 Touchdowns……..well that is a one sided victory.

He seemed to get indignant at DG questioning the prevailing sentiment of people like Forde that Chizik was a bad hire for Auburn. He didn’t handle it in stride like most guys on the radio do……….Sal Paolantonio (sp) is another guy who is kind of a pompous sounding ass on the radio when he thinks only the local audience is listening.
