BSD Big Ten Power Rankings

Yay for backloaded schedules! The games are getting bigger and bigger as the season wears on. This week Purdue put the beatdown on Wisconsin for the second time this year. Indiana barely got by Illinois, and the Illini lost more than just the game. And of course Penn State couldn't capture any momentum from the Michigan State win. Let's look at the BSD Power Rankings.

The BSD Big Ten Power Rankings of The Big Ten on BSD
Rank Team Previous Last Week
1 Purdue
19-5 (10-1)
1 W 67-53 PSU

After a season sweep of the Badgers are there still any doubters?
2 Wisconsin
19-4 (9-2)
2 W – 60-54 @Iowa
L – 67-72 Purdue
Both conference losses have come against the Boilermakers.
3 Indiana
20-3 (9-1)

W – 59-53 @OSU
The Hoosiers have looked awfully vulnerable lately.

5 Ohio State
16-8 (7-4)
5 W – 65-55 Michigan
L – 53-59 Indiana
The Buckeyes are still searching for that first marquee win.
6 Minnesota
15-7 (5-5)

Two wins this week, but neither one of them were that impressive.

6 L – 54-60 Wisconsin
L – 50-63 @Minnesota
Rough week for the Hawkeyes. Have to drop them after loss to the Gophers.
8 Penn State
11-12 (3-8)
8 L – 53-67 @Purdue
L – 63-68 @Michigan
Guess the Michigan State thing was a fluke.
9 Michigan
6-17 (2-9)

11 L – 72-92 Minnesota
L – 55-70 @MSU
It’s not fair we only get to play the Wildcats once this year.

9 L – 79-83 OT Indiana Way to keep your dignity, Orange. You go to the bottom after the Eric Gordon embarrassment.
