Underage drinking, incessant whining about State Patty's day (http://www.centredaily.com/news/local/story/450904.html) , it all brings back my favorite memories and unanswered questions from my misspent youth in State college.  

Which was the best dive bar the Phyrst or the `Skellar?   Shut up all Zeno's you freaks, that is the locals bar.

Best place to drink out side, Café 210 or the Sports Café? (Of course the little known answer to this question is the late Schnitzels Tavern in Bellefonte)

Best drink in town? Tony's Chocolate Martini finished off many a girl, but the Original Sin at the Adam's Apple well, I don't remember ever having one of those if you catch my meaning.

Best Bar Food?  Who can dispute Champs, except maybe a `Skellar enthusiast who knows that Spats brings the grub downstairs?

Best. Hooters. Ever.

Date night? Parents in town?  The Tavern or the Ale House?
