I'm done with this Paterno contact non-sense

Football season, for me, starts on Friday when I make the 3 1/2 hour trip to the greatest place on earth and I'm fired up! The Paterno contract or lack there of has been exhausted. I don't see any need to revisit this issue until the 2nd or 3rd week in January. The off-the-field distractions have been well documented and also have also been exhausted. I would really like to get away from this stuff and start looking at what I think could be a very exciting year. Please let us know what you are seeing, hearing or what have you.

All I have to contribute right now is that early reports out of spring practice say Devlin has been the more mobile and faster of the 2 QBs, while Clark is just powerful.

Does anyone have any information on which QB has been a stronger passer this spring?

Please post any encouraging information you have at any position.

Thanks.

Devlin's Faster?
I find that very hard to believe... While I hope you are right, I can't imagine he shows the speed and burst that Clark showed in the Alamo.

Lord Knows........
I am wrong as much as I am right......and while I don't want to see Devlin become disgruntled and waste away on the bench.......this season could be very very interesting with Clark at the helm.  I have said it before and I'll say it again....every now and then its pays big big dividends for your QB to be able to pull it down and get you 4 yards instead of throwing a 3 yard out halfway across the field against your body.

Anyhow........this is going be good.

Also, side note......rivals has our matchup with Coastal Carolina as the 2nd most embarassing matchup of the year behind Oklahoma vs. Chattanooga.

Honestly, the best situation is splitting the QBs
I would honestly love to see a situation similar to what they had with Thompson and Casey.... and blending that with what they did with Mills and Robinson.  Both of those guys on the field would open up the playbook, and both could make do some damage(unlike in the Alamo where it was 10 vs. 11 when Morelli stayed on the field when Clark came in).
