Bell finished at Penn State?

I haven't posted on here for a hot minute but I thought I'd come out of hiding to bring to everyones attention some troubling news. Info on TAP suggest that this kid may have some serious anger management issues. This is terrible on so many levels if true. That's all I'll say, I'm sure Mike will have something up shortly.

Why
I'm tired...
I can.......
Like it or not.......Penn State football is a circus right now. I pay pretty close attention to these types of "Headlines" and over the last 12 months nobody has dominated the papers for bad reasons like Penn State.
The question is........why ?
Should we be that surprised?

Couldn't have said
Agreed
So Baker (insert any of the other 6-7 dumbasses here) stops by his room and says "wanna go to lunch?" and Bell asks if he should bring his knife or his nunchucks. Dumbass #1 replies that he is packing a tazer so a knife should do it. Then when they order the chicken cosmo all hell breaks loose.

My opinion
it shouldn't
Nobody watching over the kids

In there is says Dick Anderson, Mike McQ, and Kermit Buggs were there in the dining hall when this happened and diffused the situation. These kids are around the coaches all the time for team meals, practice, and study halls. Every minute of their day is practially planned for them. Short of tucking in all 90-plus players at night I don't know what else the coaches can do as far as "watching" them.
The problem to me seems to be the coaching staff is struggling to relate to the troubled inner city youth of today. The drill sargeant routine worked on kids 20 years ago. Kids today need their ego stroked. They need to feel like their coach is "there for them" and "getting their back". When you inflict punishment on them sometimes you drive them further away from you. I think this is the problem we're seeing acting out more than the coaches just inflicting more control. These kids just don't like playing for Joe Paterno. So when the man gives them advice it goes in one ear and out the other.
