OSU ranked higher than USC
So did anyone else notice looking at http://pollspeak.com that 3 different voters had Ohio State ranked higher than USC? To me this shows the flaw of the AP Poll. These voters obviously were either on vacation or had their wives/kids fill out their polls for the week.
John Silver of the Journal Inquirer (Manchester, Connecticut)
OSU #1 USC #2
Jim Lamar of the Tallahassee Democrat (Tallahassee, Florida)
OSU#2 USC #3
Scott Wolf of the Los Angeles Daily News (Los Angeles, California)
OSU #3 USC #4
This boggles my mind.

this is why....
the AP poll is total bullsh*t. these guys may know what’s going on in the WORLD of football. But they have NO IDEA what is going on down on the field each week. Most of these guys are in the business they are, because they do not have an athletic bone in their body.
But HEY……they know whatOSU’s record is at home, against conference teams, under the lights in the second week of October, for the past ten years.

Huh?
Where are you getting those rankings? I’m looking at pollspeak right now, and nobody has OSU ranked higher than USC this week in the AP poll. First, there isn’t a single voter who has OSU ranked higher than #7. Second, Scott Wolf, who you cite above as voting OSU #3 and USC #4, actually has USC #3 and OSU #13. The other two people you cited have USC #1. You must’ve been looking at rankings from an earlier week.
Let's Go State!
