PrintPSU has lost nine in a row to U of M. How does 10 in a row sound? You guys have not beat U o M in a decade or more, so don't count on in now. Rest assured that you are going to lose. It will probably cost you a shot at the national championship... again. You are going to lose yet again this year. Next year is not looking good either. You are going to lose to Michigan until you get two years off.

earns a grade of D+ at best. Go hit the books and come back when you have something better to come up with. That streak is nearly meaningless, and I’m almost sad that Lloyd Carr and all the other good Michigan players are all gone, because when we beat UofM this year it won’t feel quite as good. It is like holding a grudge against someone for a decade, and finally after a year of working out and training like crazy to become a real threat, then your opponent suffers a stroke. Obviously any team can beat any other team on any given week (as observed this week, and all of last season), but PSU should roll over the stroke-ridden team that is the Wolverines. Of course I’ll still celebrate like we actually beat an elite team, but deep down I’ll realize that our games against Illinois, Wisconsin, OSU, and MSU are all going to be tougher match ups.

How awesome is it that some Michigan fans perceive us as such a serious threat, even after they upended previous Big 10 frontrunner Wisconsin, to make this effort to come over and talk shit? Some of us were worried about a 7-5 season just last month. I love that the 2005 swagger is back with this team.

but I’m sure there is a “FAIL” image of Michigan’s football team (probably against a number of last year’s opponents, namely Appalachian State).

… BUT TRADITION CAN’T SAVE YOU NOW. The last 9 games in this series won’t be able to save you from a hellacious Penn State-style beatdown, and I’d like to be the first to remind you of that after the fact.
