I wouldn’t really rank us 9th in the nation if you look at the “quality” of the OOC scheduling. Sure, we might schedule BCS-conference teams half the time, but how many of those teams are actually worth a crap? We could schedule Duke, Syracuse, and for every OOC game, but does their conference affiliation really qualify them as tough competition?
