Hat tip to JGuiher for pointing this out in the Fanposts. The CDT offers a list of the items taken from Apartment 5204.

The items seized include: 5 roaches (marijuana cigarette butts); 3 samples of suspected marijuana; an expired Pennsylvania learner’s permit; a bag of marijuana with an empty cigar from a trash can; mixed pills outside a trash can; a can containing a marijuana roach; bagging containing marijuana; a bag of marijuana in a trash can; ripped bagging from a trash can; a Penn State ID card.

Just a small amount of marijuana, eh? Sounds like there was some monster doobies being rolled and inhaled in that two hours it took the cops to come back with the search warrant.

In all of the time between the initial party and the cops coming back with the search warrant, they didn’t flush this stuff in the toilet? Man, weed makes you stoooopid.

For real, I just wonder how much weed there is in total. I half hope its enough to charge someone because these idiots deserve charges for this stuff.

They probably couldn't flush it.

Many times when the police go for a search warrant, they leave someone behind to watch so that evidence can’t be destroyed.

less than 30 grams constitutes a “small amount”. I can’t quite put a reference on the quantity. I guess I need to bust out my oregano and measure out. Perhaps some of those bags just had minimal amounts in them — b/c the majority of was already rolled and smoked. I agree with you though – weed must make you pretty dumb.

I guess that could be good news

If that is all they found it means that people were probably smoking at the party and not before the party. From the early reports Maurice Evans wasn’t there so he could be fine. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is Andrew Quarless due to all the trouble he has had. I have said this before and will keep on saying it I think he should go and we are good at TE. I know that he has relatives that have played on the team but come n how much trouble can you get into.

1) Who the hell calls in a noise violation at Nittany Apartments? YOU LIVE IN NITTANY APARTMENTS! I’d be more concerned when I couldn’t hear my neighbors.

2) Things you should never do:
-Let someone named “DJ Supernova” stay in your apartment, especially when you may get drug tested.
-Lend your car to someone named DJ SuperNova.
-Lend money to someone named DJ SuperNova, even if they promise to “give it right back”
-If you’re a lady, never have sex with someone named DJ SuperNova when he promises he’ll “pull out”

3) Get a DUI in State College. The 83 bars and distributors within WALKING distance of your apartment should do the trick.
