but the camera tricks worked for the first “vanish and reappear” pretty well (probably cuz the camera was moving fast on the pan from the players to the office), but the “snap fingers” exit probably would have been better if they used a tripod or something.

Of course if his magic really was that good he probably never would have gotten caught in the library ;-)
