Penn State Basketball Story
Following in the footsteps of its sister program, the awesome Penn State Football Story. Penn State Basketball Story is set to debut on Friday. This might help create buzz for the team. Buzz necessary to have more than 2,000 fans at a conference game. This is a good thing for the Men's Basketball Program, recruits, and alumni and fans alike.
We can now catch up on the highlights and get some more insight into the players and the program that we will learn to love.

Maybe
I’m always amazed at how the PSU Story can spin a 25 point loss into a hundred moral victories.

agree
They do a great job at that. I remember watching the football story back in the dark years with my dad. We would always laugh at how well they presented a bad loss.

I wonder how they presented the 6-4 game? Just like, not show any footage at all?
Penn State played Iowa on Saturday. They did not win. Now, a commercial break.

"2 storied defenses entered the field of battle"
and then just show a crapload of tackles for loss.
We just needed a couple players, a couple people to buy in to the fact and we were able to do it. --A.Q. Shipley

"Four scores, and Penn State's offense doesn't score once. And Iowa still only wins by 2...
Confused? You won’t be after this week’s episode of Soap."

Penn State had a chance to win it on the final drive
But they couldn’t score in a womens prison with a fist full of pardons.

I think this play-by-play encapsulates the game perfectly:
1st and 10 at PSU 16 Zack Mills (PSU) pass incomplete to the left side.
2nd and 10 at PSU 16 Tony Hunt (PSU) rushed up the middle for 2 yards.
3rd and 8 at PSU 18 Zack Mills (PSU) pass right side complete to Michael Robinson (PSU) for 37 yards.
1st and 10 at IOWA 45 Tony Hunt (PSU) rushed up the middle for 1 yard.
2nd and 9 at IOWA 44 Tony Hunt (PSU) rushed right side for -1 yards.
3rd and 10 at IOWA 45 Zack Mills (PSU) pass incomplete across the middle.
4th and 10 at IOWA 45 Punt by Jeremy Kapinos (PSU) no return by Hawkeyes.

No!
This is better. After a blocked punt is recovered at the 9 yard line:
1st and 10 at PSU 9 Tony Hunt (PSU) rushed right side for 1 yard.
2nd and 8 at IOWA 8 Michael Robinson (PSU) rushed up the middle for no gain.
3rd and 8 at IOWA 8 Zack Mills (PSU) pass incomplete to the left side.
4th and 8 at IOWA 8 25 yard field goal by Robbie Gould (PSU) is no good.
"They haven't played us yet."
