As said, the Big Ten doesn’t allow night games in November. This was reported in the off-season and is apparently a long standing rule.
Furthermore, all Big Ten night games are announced prior to the season.
I think PSU/tOSU returns to October in 2011 when the game comes back to Beaver Stadium, so we’ll probably be seeing a return of primetime showdowns then.
