O'Brien Award
I think someone had a fan post about this award earlier but wasn't sure. Currently DC is 4th in the online voting about 3000 votes behind Jake Locker. With the traffic BSD gets it would seem like we could easily overtake Locker if everyone made a daily vote with Clark. It only takes a minute to register and vote....please pass this along to anyone you know in the Nittany Nation.
Thanks for the fanpost! Please do not post any content from a premium site that requires a subscription. Also, if you just want to share a link, quote, or video, please consider using fanshots instead. Thanks.

Personally
My opinion is that any award that has a “fan vote” component that allows people to stuff the ballot box in favor of their favorite player is bogus.
Hell Pryor will probably wind up winning it.
Beat Northwestern.
Well in that case
Even the Heisman has a fan component…..so that would be every major award in college football. Bogus or not it would good to get DC some recognition for his play.
I thought only safeties played 15 yards off the ball?
Good luck catching the leaders in this round
1st: Jake Locker, Washington: 4763 votes
2nd: Colt McCoy, Texas: 4301 votes
3rd: Tebow H. Christ, Florida: 4110 votes
4th Daryll Clark, PSU: 1456 votes
We’re a bit behind, but I still like DC17s chances at grabbing some national attention from the most 2nd most prestigious QB award in the college football world.
I'm going with "Tebow H. Concussed" from now, FYI
DO YOU HAVE PRIDE, DANNY?

I'll roll with that
He certainly hasn’t been putting up the Jesus numbers or performances this year by any means. Funny, our QB seems to be doing better, yet isn’t getting the hype….hmmm….
Are you high
Look at football Jesus’ stats for the year:
84-132 (63.6%) 1159 yards 8 TD, 4 INT (165 yards per game)
121 carries for 466 yards (3.9 per) 6 TDs (66 yards per game)
Those are incredible stats through 7 games. BEST SEASON EVER.
Needless to say, if he continues this pace and wins this Heisman, that award loses whatever little credibility it still had.
It's not about stats
when they award it to somebody who doesn’t have the stats to back it up. Then it’s about “leadership”
It never gets to be easy
