in all seriousness, Charlie Weis is simply not a good coach
and where are the props to Navy’s coach?
+1 for correct spelling
"Is that right?" Joe answered. "That’s not a problem. But you’ve got a problem. You don’t relate to me. And that’s a big problem."
I am just going to have to assume that is the correct spellilng.
Kudos to you sir! I took German — that many consonants is frightening to me.

How much you wanna bet I can throw a football over them mountains? Yeah.
Deus nobiscum, quis contra?
OK
Got some calls to go our way, but way too much turtling on the play calling. OSU blowing up a lot of plays, but those 3 half yard and a cloud of dust plays were weak.
TP isn’t doing much of anything, though, so it looks like a nail-biter down to the wire. I pity the neutral fan watching this. The defensive mistakes, which are few, aren’t being capitalized upon.
Totally disagree.
If you subtract the sack, we are averaging 3.5 yards a carry. Not world beating, but if you do that every carry they will never stop us. You know what kills drives? A sub 50% completion percentage. We have not run the ball enough. Yes, you need to pass some to open things up, but we are just getting beat in many aspects. I don’t blame the playcalling at all. Not even a tenth as much as I blame Heyward.
Was anybody watching CBS just now?
OMG
“Hey what’s that”
“That’s the money Urban could be saving by not criticizing the refs.”
Then the one dude starts singing the “somebody’s watching me” song. Wow.
That
is awesome.
"Is that right?" Joe answered. "That’s not a problem. But you’ve got a problem. You don’t relate to me. And that’s a big problem."
I feel good
Their offense hasn’t impressed me. Our special teams gave them that touchdown. No more of that, please.

or more accurately, a good special teams
so let’s recap: they need to improve their offense to be killing us, we just need to improve our special teams.

Jeez ESPN
No one cares about Horse Racing THAT much.
Well last week we came out in the second half rocking
different situation, I know, but I still think we make the right adjustments and prevail.
WE ARE!!

At least Muse is a whole lot better than that lame DMB song
Although Between this and the new V series, that song is getting overplayed. It was already in heavy rotation on my iPod before TV caught on.

Occasionally I do make comments that he says verbally first
I’m a little stressed right now, this game is too nervewracking. So I had to do something to take my mind off it just a bit. I built a shoe organizer.

Why don't we ever run on first down anymore?
2nd and 17 is a killer. This whole sack/incompletion on first down, run on 2nd is garbage.
Best I've got is Royster underneath
so yeah, missed just a bit on that one.

"Is that right?" Joe answered. "That’s not a problem. But you’ve got a problem. You don’t relate to me. And that’s a big problem."
Not really
They’re just making stupid mistakes, but they can break one on us, which is something I really think we can’t say about our special teams.

ENOUGH WITH THE OHIO-PA CROSSOVER STORY ALREADY

Is that like lacrosse?
Isn’t ABC/ESPN contractually obligated to show the stat about the number of coaching changes since JoePa took the reins? Did I miss it?

Wow, look what happens when you run on 1st down.
2nd and 4. Imagine all the things you could do with 2nd and 4.
I'll admit O$U does have a good gameplan
Pryor can’t arm punt it if you don’t let him throw the ball.
Yeah, he got blown up on that series.
Tell Mike if he has sideline contacts to tell them to run the football.

20 passes called 20 runs called (2 sacks called as passes count as runs).
But we are getting crushed in the pocket. Crushed. The incompletions and sacks have been killer. And if you are going to run, why do it on 3rd and long every time. I guess I am just not happy with how this game is being called.
makes sense

The pocket keeps collapsing like a shotgun shack during a hurricane in Haiti. Heyward is looking a bit like Claiborne (or whatever the Iowa guy’s name is)

offensive ineptitude...
does not allow PSU to flip the field. OSU is going to get a score simply b/c the offensive only has to go 25 yards to be in scoring position.

Hush!
remember all the criticism over last year’s final score? that’s what happens when your teams know how to play Defense. (Big 12…looking at you here…)

I don't care what the score is if PSU wins..
10-7 means the offensive didn’t show up/was out manned and the special teams lost the game.

that wasn't just Sukay's fault

This
No offense to them but they really seem to give up. Except at NU.
Let’s get this done.
Let's not lay down now.
Ohio State is capitalizing on all our relative weaknesses. But we can still do this.
It seems like we're playing to see of OSU beats themselves.
Which is great, but what if they don’t?

No turnovers yet. Still.
I’m pretty sure OSU has no turnovers only against Toledo and NM State
