I'm crawling into my pescimistic shell here, but let's just assume we don't get any of our 3 guys -- because it isn't looking good as of 10am.

We'll be fine really, but it seems to me we always get the short-end of the deal on signing day -- and I wonder why that is.  Part of it is that 5-star kids wait till then and we don't get many 5-star kids.  The other factor, I believe, is that kids are either PSU 100% or 0%.  I believe the atmosphere and appeal of PSU is all or nothing for recruits -- which is fine.  I would rather have kids that are full-on bleed blue and white then the alternative.

So my point is, prepare for a disappointing day -- but let's not go into panic mode if it turns out that way too.  We'll be fine, and eventually we'll realize this was a great recruiting class and next year's could be even better.
