by PaJoe on Feb 4, 2009 1:14 PM EST reply actions 0 recs
I was thinking of something like that
or that Penn State goes on to win the national championship while Florida sputters out. I mean it isn’t that common for any single team to have continued success with national championships left and right. Heck, even USC, arguably one of the best teams in the country every year, in arguably one of the weakest conferences, can’t even do it.

This feels like...
the time I entered an online contest and won a video game about capturing monkeys. It was actually a pretty fun game. Point is…
We may not get them all, but as long as we get our share I’m happy. GO PSU!

Jim Noel
What is the story with him? Is he officially with Boston College or is he still a possibility?

Both Scout and Rivals have Je'Ron Stokes as a no sign at Tennessee!!
I don’t think we necessarily want or need him now but anybody have a scoop on him? Maybe he’ll go to Rutgers with “Macho Man” Savage.

Welcome to the family Justin
Since we met you at the Michigan State game, we were hoping that you would join us at Penn State. We look forward to seeing you play in Happy Valley.

I was feeling pretty psyched about our recruiting class
but then I saw that rivals has us ranked 29th, and so now I think we must suck. I blame Jay

oh, I know ;-)
but it is hard to blame Jay for a 12th ranked class….though I suppose I could be mad we’re not top 10?

Link to ESPNU
for those that don’t have it.
Not legal of course, but its not like the FBI will be knocking on your if you watch. Somehow it will just close down and that will be that.
But they had RichRod on and its disgusting how much they still hype them up. Apparently they have more ESPN top 150 than us, and are only one spot behind us. I guess they also deemed it noteworthy to mention how many players they have from Florida.

THIS JUST IN!!! PER DRE KIRKPATRICK...
Texas is lacking in the “swagger” department. I hope Joe Pa has his swagger supplements ready, would hate to lose a recruit because we didn’t have enough.

Great pic at the top of this thread
Little known fact: Joe Paterno was at that historic signing event also.
Good class overall. Especially happy to have Newsome after our years without a QB commit. Also nice to see some receivers over 6’.
