I'm swimming upstream
but the current isn’t too strong, yet. Hit a home run yesterday. Was 7-7. Actually 7-8 because I “stupidly” tried to ride Illinois into the Sweet 16.
I have Wake out already in today’s games. So have to pull strongly for my other seven…including the Pantheroos (ugh!). I hope the Pitt game is at least another stinker so I can monitor their blogs and thrill in their despair!
Sun Devils = Toast
Well, there goes my fourth Sweet Sixteen team, but only the first I’ve lost in the second round so far. At least I didn’t have ASU going past Oklahoma, so as long as Griffin does his thing, the damage should be minimized. Why couldn’t ‘Cuse simply flame out in the NCAA Tournament after a stellar Big East Tournament again, just like they’ve done in recent years?

Well, my bracket's just about dead
Only hope is to nail the Final Four (which has at least one highly unconventional pick – Missouri) and not get blown out too badly by the games I’m already out of.

A debate between history and this year’s team. Same thing I had difficulty with for Kansas the past few years – go with the Bill Self rule or talent?
I'm torn
I have them in the final 4, because dominant big men can get you there, but I hate Pitt so much it would be fun to see one of their best teams ever not even get close to expectations.

Blair was knocking people onto the floor.
The refs definitely let him play. If they get a “ticky” ref, he’s toast. But, if the refs let it go, PITT is awfully tough to beat.
Also, Young showed up today. He runs hot and cold and tends to quit if things don’t go his way.
I got Xavier against them so I will really be pulling against them. It may be worth some VooDoo or something.
