Printcase anyone wants to add comments about the 2 college basketball games today, here is your thread. UConn vs. Missouri up first and Villanova vs. Pittsburgh tonight.
Also, the D2 championship game was quite awesome, with the championship being won on a buzzer beater in overtime.
Also, since I need 75 words - Everyone's favorite infomercial guy, Vince from SHAMWOW, was arrested for beating up a hooker. For the full story and mugshot goodness, check out this link.

I picked my bracket this year by heart
and only let my brain choose when my heart was being a complete idiot (like Pitt knocked out first round…I moved that to the second round :-p )
This is different compared to my usual strategy of trying to analyze everything in depth, and figure out the “sleepers” as potential cinderellas, etc.
Right now I’m sitting at #2 in the BSD pool, and #1 in all my other pools.
Of course this was the one year where I didn’t put any $ down because a) I didn’t want to trust my “heart” to win me anything, and b) I waited until about a half hour until the brackets closed before making my picks.

i actually think the officiating is pretty even
good and both calls on both sides of the ball.

Only problem is
NOVA is a big Least team so they still probably get three in the final four….Go UNC and MSU

They play UNC so that bracket is free of Big Least teams. I picked UNC but I like Oklahoma’s style
and really,
had the Big East gotten seeded fairly (Pitt ranked a number 2) Syracuse at least a 4… they wouldn’t have even lasted as long as they did.

Great game from Pitt and Nova. Villanova managed to do a little more. This was Nova winning. Pitt lost, and I know there will be finger pointing and blame. That said, Villanova played a fantastic game. Pitt has nothing to be ashamed of. This team took Pitt basketball several steps further than it had ever been. Like the teams before them over the past decade, they have built on the past and made it possible for more to come in the future.

The curious thing is most of their “fans” (I use that loosely) don’t want any of the Big Least teams to win the biggie. PITT fans hate every other team. They have no respect…so I guess that is why no one respects them. They really do suck!
