Pigskin Lures Cornley
There's an interesting story in the Collegian today about Cornley's possible future playing football for PSU. Could it happen? Who knows?
... Probably not. But we can dream, right?
"I am seriously considering football -- mainly professionally -- but there is a chance that I could come back and play football collegiately," Cornley said. "For what team, what university, I do not know yet. But yes, I am seriously considering it."
Perhaps the bionic arm can lead us to another championship!

What position would he play?
He’s big, athletic, and very aggressive — so I guess DE?

undersized PFs usually = TE
Like Gates and Gonzalez.
His "little" brother signed a football LOI with IU this year.
There have been several college B-Ballers who made it in NFL. Sam Clancy of Pitt-Cleveland Browns comes to mind.
Yes, yes, yes

Request
Somebody needs to photoshop a pic of Cornely making one of his faces with a helmet and gear on. Maybe throw in a little Ed Hightower for good measure. Please, please!
Just a quick job

I was just about to post this
Just imagine this: CORNLEY SMASH, JOEPA SMASH, and Zug all on the same field together. Can your mind even begin to fathom that? We would be invincible.
The only downside to that article, and not to rain on this joyous parade
But the team Dr. told him his shoulder is destroyed and needs surgery and will be out 6 months or so.

Perhaps
Yes, this would cause issues for most mortal men, but I’m willing to make an exception for CORNLEY SMASH!

Obligatory
Maybe he could be the new QB for Michigan….I mean he did play basketball after all.

Michigan only wants backup point guards...

What are the eligibility rules?
Didn’t he use up all his years of NCAA eligibility playing basketball? I never really understand the cross-sport eligibility rules…

Just like Paulus
Since he didn’t red-shirt and played for four years, he has one year of eligibility left in another sport.
