Tailgating at the Blue and White game?

I was wondering if there are any plans in the works for a BSD tailgating kinda thing for the blue-white game? I didn't see any posts about it, but I have seen it mentioned here and there. I will be up unless it's supposed to rain all day. If there's nothing official going on I'm still always up to drink a beer or two with some fellow Penn Stater's.

last year

a bunch of us planned a hang out all night before the blue and white and ended up camping out at the RV parking lot. The cops came up to us and told us that it wasn’t allowed….we eventually talked them into it and fed them food and they hung out with us and we played football. it was a fun night.

the next morning we woke up at 7am and there were cars all around us. it rained a little though.

we are talking about doing the same this year…tailgate into midnight and camp out and eventually make friends with cops (that can go a long way…)

That plan has some holes in it, primarily the point where it relies on making friends with the cops.

I would be up for a little tailgating though.

This is our most desperate hour. Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi; you're my only hope.

agreed

i think OPS said it best:

“Public intox, though, is different. Cops see thousands of drunk kids every day and don’t arrest them. You have to earn a public intox charge.”

i’ve never had a problem with state college police. even after i fell off the wall outside of a frat house (AGR, or so i was told) and onto the hood of their car, i never was issued even a citation.
