I mean I already thought it was a dumb idea when they moved him from QB to WR, but now this. My guess is he bitched a bit too much about being switched from QB, and became a negative influence in the locker room. (have not read the article yet)

We have never lost to Indiana, they’re the only Big Ten team that hasn’t beaten us.

Yeah they did

That was not a fun game for me to watch. I’ve tried to shut much of that season aside from ND out of my head, so I had forgotten how we struggled against them then.

who kind of screwed us in ‘94 when they scored a couple of TD’s late and made the final score look closer than the game was. That cost us a lot of consideration from the MSM. Of, course, there were other politics for Nebraska to be Numero Uno that year.

Yes, they were the ones

Although, as I recall, Nebraska had taken the Number 1 rank the week before after they had beaten No. 2 Colorado and after we had beaten the No. 20 Buckeyes 63-14 (!). Sigh.

Anyway, you can also blame Kordell Stewart’s Hail Mary against Michigan.
