Reading articles like
this one and the ones on Maybin and Bowman makes me think that Larry Johnson has quite the knack for appealing to kids that lost their father. Granted, it’s kind of eerie that Bowman didn’t lose his dad until after he became a Nittany Lion. There’s no doubt that LJ Sr. fills a father figure role.
