Green Screen
I love the screen play with Green, I hope we run it often this season. I didn’t realize we ran the screen a lot even back with Tony Hunt, but Hunt would always get caught and tripped up from behind. With Green, he needs about 3 steps and no one is catching him (USC even had problems with that play).
But he needs to secure the football. His fumble against USC still kills me.

He’s doing well with the rehabbing and hasn’t lost any of his speed, then he may be that unstoppable force once more.
You can bet on it...
Penn State certainly will run it often this season.
I wonder if teams will defend the Green Screen.
I further wonder whether JayPa would even let that factor into his play calling. I think I know that answer.
Good call on Tony Hunt getting tripped up. I could instantly visualize several instances of his foot getting grabbed. I suppose screens are all about acceleration and while Hunt was a great back, he didn’t excel at that facet.

Memories
The oregon state game was my first live nonblue/white game in 10 years, not evn the MillerLite pounders downed at 11 seconds a clip can diminish those memories

Understanding only goes so far
as a family we got to a point now where I can afford one trip a year, and she allows me(yeah i said allows, i have no illusions) an entire room dedicated to the lions/sounds hot right?
