For those who take an interest in the Centre County District Attorney's office, Stacy Parks Miller beat two other candidates by a wide margin, and will face villainous turd Michael Madiera in the November general election.

I'm already getting out my checkbook for SPM.

and Stacy is the woman to take him down

I helped out with Stacy’s campaign and we are going to try to organize a tailgate for this fall. All supporters of Stacy and a better Centre County DA’s office are welcome!

I would vote for the corpse of Stalin if it got Madeira out of office.

Millz, you're good for getting the blood boiling

(I’m still pissed, btw, about your lack of a post on BWG parking attendant performance!), but I spose this is pertinent for Hate Week.

This one from link4 deserves more than a WTF:

Madeira cited surveys showing a 95 percent victim approval rating as the basis for his job satisfaction and the reason he chose to run again.

Seriously, what the fucking fuck! Victim approval rating? You mean they approve of your public assistance in marketing them as victims? Like America doesn’t have enough of this insidious mindset already. And does this 95% include Scott Paxson and Austin Scott?
There’s nothing so satisfying as having a victim look at you in the eyes and thank you.
There would be nothing so satisfying as having those guys look him in the eyes and punch him. Victim approval rating. Who would even gather such data? Would love to get a look at those ‘surveys.’

The one your forgetting:

Madeira illegally suppresses evidence in a MURDER TRIAL because he doesn’t think a matching description of a man caught later wearing the victims Rolex that the alleged murderer said killed the kid he was convicted of killing.

FYI, the judge ordered a new trial be given for this kid accused of murder b/c Madiera suppressed evidence

IMO, this evidence may or may not be bullshit, since the murder happened while the accused and his friend were high on cocaine, so who knows, but the point being that the scumbag illegally suppressed evidence that could change the life of a kid in his 20s

wow

that is one of the more dramatic stories I’ve ever heard. The whole thing reads like a Tarintino movie. Wild.

Yeah it is, but let this be a lesson to the kids out there:

You might accidentally kill somebody (allegedly)

NOTE: dawsonPSU10 does not do drugs, and does not endorse the use or sale of cocaine b/c he’s never done it, doesn’t want to, and it’s illegal, and if you get caught you will go to jail or possibly die or kill someone. It may or may not be a hell of a drug, he doesn’t know, don’t test it. He just wanted an excuse to post that picture.

Additionally

Madeira is from Iowa.

He’s really not, but it just sounds right.

No place is worse than Iowa

Iowa is the place where dreams and puppies go to die.

When you get sad or depressed

It’s because of the black hole of happiness in Iowa that sucks up happiness and joy. It’s never been found because its hidden by the endless goddamn Iowa cornfields.

Go to her website at

http://www.parksmillerforda.org/index2.html

there is a donation page and contact information.

Personally, I know Stacy and am sure that she is the right person for the job. She’s the kind of attorney who can kick your @$$ and get you to thank her when she’s done.

Based on a quick google image search

She is hot (on the “elected official” grading scale anyway).

My personal favorite quote
Marshall is accused of sending sexually explicit text messages to the woman who was involved in a domestic abuse case he was prosecuting, according to the lawsuit.

According to court documents, the woman said that Marshall sent her at least 250 text messages, some of them which were sexually explicit, in less than a month.

During one exchange, the woman informed Marshall she would contact the Centre Daily Times if he continued to send the inappropriate text messages, according to court documents.

In response, Marshall sent a picture message purportedly of himself “in a semi-clothed condition with his pants pulled down and his pubic hairs visible,” according to court documents.

The headline for the message read “Hello CDT,” according to the court documents.

This was one of Madeira’s main men for years, and despite an avalanche of evidence and information (multiple victims all coming forward) about his sleezy disgusting behavior, Madeira still denies he had any idea this guy was a creep and he shouldn’t be responsible for Marshall’s behavior.

Still laughing at

“Villainous Turd”. Not sure why.

I still remember going to work with my dad when I was 10 or so. Must have been a snow day or something. He was an HVAC mechanic at a big mfg company. He had the longest tenure and knew the place inside out, so when stuff was breaking down, he pretty much knew what to do. Of course close to his retirement the company is going through the standard RIF’s and replacing those guys with a bunch of nOOB’s. My Dad is the most level guy and I rarely see him lose his temper. But even the best guy can only take so much Well, I got to witness him blow up on one of the new guys and it was the first and only time I heard him use the F-word. I just couldn’t stop laughing.

C'mon man connect the dots...

Stuff that makes you laugh about spontaneously when you think about them, whether they’re actually that funny or not. (or maybe I just wanted to share a story about a father spouting obscenities at imbeciles while his 10 yr old kid stood witness.)

I feel bad

that I didn’t do the absentee ballot to vote in the primary since I’m registered to vote in SC from the prez election in the fall, but honestly from what I read in the Collegian about each of the candidates against el Scumbag Supreme, they all would have been good choices. But I’ll definitely be voting this douche bag out of office in the fall when I’m back to school.

Don't forget

…what a bang-up job Madeira has done helping to locate his predecessor, Ray Gricar.
