All hail Phil Steele

I don't really have much to offer, but Colin Cowherd got his copy of Phil Steele's magazine and revealed the top 10. It comes out June 9th for the rest of us, and I will definitely be getting it.

Um....that's really all I have to say about that.

Phil Steele is awesome. His magazine is too.

Oh yeah and Penn State is ranked....I won't give it away.

Steele is actually impressive in that he was the only or few people that:
- realized Utah was good
- had Florida at #1
- did not have Illinois and Wisconsin towards the top of the Big 10
- had Penn State in the top 10

Clemson always seems to get preseason hype, the completely fuck themselves over during the season. Of course they always had an incompetent Bowden at the helm which helped, hehe.

Interesting.

Obviously he has us ranked somewhere in the Top 7. I suppose it depends on their rationale. If I was an national crank and I thought PSU was going to do well, it would mean they would sail through their non-con schedule, beat up on the Big Ten with a couple of close ones against Iowa and Ohio State, then lose in the BCS Bowl game. 12-1 or 11-2 would likely leave you in the Top 7.

I dunno, I just assume the preseason polls will always have PSU in the 15-20 range.

That guy rocks. His magazine is like a giant pile of CFB crack, and then the conference magazine is like a smaller pile to help you along to more crack (aka the regular season).
