Eating Habits
SI discusses what a couple athletes have done to improve their health after their CFB days are over. Linked to it mainly b/c it mentions that PSU was one of the first (maybe the first?) D1 program to hire a nutritionist (in 1991). Apparently, to this day, not many D1 programs have a full time nutritionist on hand, which is surprising.
"A few other Division I schools use similar systems, but no more than two dozen athletic departments employ full-time nutritionists. Kristine Clark, a registered dietician whom Penn State hired as its director of sports nutrition in 1991, believes she was the first. "

Man, I wish I had a nutritionist
of course, they’d probably tell me to stop eating my chocolate & peanutbutter covered cereal.

actually I don't drink that much anymore
except for tailgating and beer pong, and even last year, my tailgating was kinda ruined due to outside factors
