that is funny. I almost wonder if they took this picture specifically to help him out in recruiting (making him look like more of a beast than he is), since there are clearly other guys that are (almost) as big as him, but they’re standing on the edges, or kneeling on the front row, and it looks like they took the smallest people on the team to put right next to him. Definitely makes him stand out, though.

Was he their superstar or something?

Every picture I’ve ever taken being on a sports team, the usually try to make everything level. If you’re tall, you either stand in the back with everyone else close to your height, or they have you kneel so that you don’t stand out as much.

But funny picture anyway.
