Yes,
he sounds like a Porn Movie stand-in (stand-up?), but the dude is tough. Strange as it seems, even though he’s a two-time state champ, he’s not even the top-ranked Pa. wrestler in his weight class (152).
Cowburn wrestles in Class AA. Central Dauphin’s Marshall Peppelman is also a two-time champ, but in the AAA class, who also happens to be ranked #1 in the nation.
Peppelman was considered to be a lock for Harvard (his brother wrestles there), but rumor has it he’s opened it back up due to the Sanderson hire. Things are getting completely flipped around in the wrestling recruiting world since Cael came on board.
Cowburn (God, I love that name) is a tremendous commit. You can teach technique, but you can’t teach tough.
Pa.’s Class of 2010 is absolutely loaded. Good, good times are ahead for PSU wrestling.

It’s crazy; with only 10 weight classes our recruiting is gonna get real tight. As in dudes better get on board QUICK, or lose their spot.
