Unless we/you were right there, pretty hard to really know what came down. It sounds like Winston had a real hay(maker) day. Hurt three people pretty badly. Maybe we can get Madiera to run for DA in East Lansing.

On a lighter note, I did like the reference to Michigan as Wolver-eenies!

Because the sane folk appear to have mostly given up (and with good cause – rule #1 of the internet, “Never get in a fight with an idiot – they’ll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience”) once it got past page 1.

As for the issue at hand: I’m all for second chances if it’s clear that they learned from the first one. This makes it sound as though Winston hasn’t. If this is what it takes to win, I’d rather lose.

I never really read/heard much about this “fight”, but if what Sturges says is true, this was more of a drunken rampage by Winston, going around and assaulting numerous people (for no reason?).
