Big Ten Network to be carried in Altoona and Johnstown

In a press conference tomorrow at 3:30PM on the Penn State-Altoona campus, the Big Ten and Atlantic Broadband will annouce a deal that will allow the cable company to provide the Big Ten Network to subscribers........in time for the first game...........good news for those two cities.  Actually, the press conference is to be a pretty big deal, with Tim Curley and the president of the Big Ten network in attendance.  SInce I have been pestering the VP of Atlantic Broadband for years, he invited me to attend the thing, but I can't make it.

Anyhow, we won't be missing 5 games.....
