We are not generating enough turnovers on defense
This has to change if we’re going to be successful in conference play. It would be great if that trend started changing now.

These early games always frustrate me
They never seem to go the way you think they will.
I thought PSU would put up 35-42 points on these guys and maybe give up 7-10.

Blocking difference....
The disparity between this year and last is astounding.
1) New WRs can definitely catch and haul in passes. But they don’t block as well as the 3 amigos did.
2) This Oline doesn’t know how to engage their blocks to allow Royster to hit the hole.
Hoping these things will get better.
I didn't think so...
On that last play he hit the right hole and was patient. But his blocker let his man slip down and grab his feet.

Defense basically caused a turnover...
on the last possession. Lee bringing Paulus down waaay behind the LOS was effectively a turnover on downs.
