I think one thread should do it for the early games. We'll break up the PSU game into four threads tonight to keep things flowing well.

Noon – S.Fla @ FSU
Noon – UNC @ GT (maybe of note, I don’t know, noon is kinda weak this week)

Less then 12 hours away!
And we’ve got gameday to kill some time, and then lots of other games to fill the day. Don’t worry, it get’s easier to handle waiting once all that stuff is on.
PSU is all over the front pages of ESPN, SI, CBS, etc… that’s always nice to see. About time the MSM is talking about the Lions. Good for recruiting, votes, etc…

From the set:
1. The “Whiteout” idea seems to be a partials no-show. Lots of white shirts have yet to see a plain white sign.
2. Lots of stupid home depot orange
3. The sign Nazi’s are out in force, your only going to see the most harmless ones which is a shame because some of the ones they took were pretty good.

the way ESPN was hyping up the Gameday whiteout, I would hate to see it not work now.
Jealous of all y’all up there in happy valley today. I’m sure I won’t be as jealous when I see the pouring rain, but still. I have two little kiddos to entertain all day, so my football watching will be limited till they go to bed, just in time for kickoff.

But I changed my mind!
I think I’m still hungover from last year’s Iowa game, and I hate the LB injuries. If they win this game, though, I don’t think you can pick against them the rest of the way.

If we beat this Iowa team at home, at night, with a lively crowd by one point after trailing? Then you will be comfortable when OSU comes to town? When we go to Michigan? Not me. If we beat them like we did Wisco last year, I’ll think about it. But even that was in Madison, and this would be at home. Neither Iowa, nor us to this point, impresses me enough to call the winner of this game the b10 favorite.

I don't care what anyone says
We are absolutely overrating this Iowa team. I’m not saying we roll, I’m not even saying we win. We don’t know what we have with out own team yet. I haven’t seen a championship team from them yet. That said, we need to stop overrating Iowa. A win here does not make us some great team. Iowa is fine, and would be a fine win. It wouldn’t make us absolute favorites the rest of the season.
