This is why I’m Penn State Proud. Joepa exemplifies Penn State and everything I believe in. The rest of college football is really in a shambles right now with scandals, shady coaches, poor academic standards etc. There will never be another like him, at PSU or in NCAA football. He truly is a legend and forever a symbol of Penn State.
