Conservative play calling - can't keep trying to run that much.. Too much delegation. Inability to make all of his 4 and 5 star recruits develop more than Bielema's 2 and 3 stars. He can't win a big game at night. His hair seems to be really gray.
Clearly he must be replaced and his program cannot be considered "Elite" anymore.
