Big 10 Rebrands with New Logo
Being a marketing type at heart, this is interesting to me. I find it fascinating that they are emphasizing the 10, while there are 12 teams. At least the previous logo admitted to the 11th team. It appears that the G in Big could very very easily be made into a 6. Let speculation abound.

I’d love to see the ideas that didn’t make it. If Legends and Leaders was their top choice, I can’t imagine what some of the bad ones were.
“This” and “That” divisions? I would have thought that would have made for some fun “who’s on first” type jokes.

The G
Agreed! I thought the same thing!
And yeah… Legends and Leaders. Sucks. At least JoePa’s name is on the Big Ten Championship trophy. Suck it, Bo and Woody!
Coach of the Year
Bo and Woody will appear on the CoY trophy.
Thus cursing the Big Ten's Coach of the Year to eternal failure in the Rose Bowl.

This means that next year
Paterno is going to win the Stagg – Paterno trophy. Insanity.
How to know you're awesome
Your workplace has a statue of you and the prize of your profession is a trophy that bears your name.
I've got the brains. You've got the looks. Let's make lots of money.
That might've been
the single most disappointing half-hour in my entire life.
Seriously
Did you miss the Office last week or something?
Don't get me started on the lunacy of hiring the guy whose team lost to 4-7 Pitt, at home, with arguably the best team in school history, to beat Ohio State. If Pryor goes anywhere but Michigan, the Rich Rodriguez era at Michigan could be turbulent to say the least. January 16, 2008.
Did you?
Classy Christmas was (with the exception of Jim and Pam’s wedding) probably the best episode since Season 3.
OFF TOPIC’D
Really?
Although that’s not saying much, I just thought it was a bit off putting. That show is starting to slide pretty hard now.

Stick with The League
Best comedy on TV now.

Slowly but surely.
We just added it to the DVR this weekend.

Worthwhile off topic.
The Office seemed like it should have ended at Pam and Jim’s wedding. That episode was nearly perfect for long time viewers. And now it’s just….continued….on.
Last week’s was MUCH better. Huge upgrade for a show that had lost me as a regular viewer for the past 8 months or so.

I missed it and now I can't find the link to it on the Big Ten network.
But I think the logo and the division names just suck.
Save BSD
I can handle the Logo
The names? Not so much. At least people will remember the names of the divisions, albeit, due to their sheer absurdity.

But how do you know which ones are leaders and which are legends?
It’s completely arbitrary.
Save BSD
They should have just went with
Goats and Sheep or something like that. I honestly can’t think about this much more without starting to get angry.

There's not a Big Ten team in Brooklyn......
