I actually feel pity for them.
Didn’t think it would ever be possible, but there it is…pity. I hate Michigan as much as the next guy, but even I’m embarrassed by their head coach getting all blubbery as Josh Groban’s music gets played at their football banquet.

What's this "pity" thing of which you speak?
If anybody ever asks me to cite an example of karma, I think the state of Michigan Football from the time spanning 1995 to 2010 would be perfect.

All smiles
This little nugget of info brought to us by the Associated Press is gonna my face sore from smiling for days.
and talked about how Groban’s “You Raise Me Up,” inspires him before having it played. Rodriguez, his wife, Rita, Brandon and players stood on risers with their hands held above their heads as the song blared in the ballroom.
I Truly Don’t Want to Be a Michigan Man. Thanks for reminding me Michigan Football
Any 'pity' I would feel for that program was washed away on October 15, 2005
"Personal Attack"- R. Aceto
It was a fleeting emotion, but I felt obligated to acknowledge the pity since it was so unexpected. It somehow came crawling out of the deep recesses of my heart and poked itself into the daylight. It was promptly pounded on the head by my memories of 2005 and "9 and 0! 9 and 0!" like a game of Whack-A-Mole.

This should cure you of any and all future pity you may have for Michigan

Even though since 2008 my hatred for Michigan has stemmed a bit, I don’t think I could ever feel pity for them. This is an example of why. As soon as they start winning, they’ll become like that again.
Does anyone take him seriously?
This story really makes me question how people can take him seriously in Michigan. How do you play for a guy that screams your face off and appears to constantly belittle his players, and then act so sincere and cry during the banquet. The Dr. Jekyl and Mr Hyde act seems really fake to me.
This is way better than MSU coach slapping himself
May Penn State learn from Michigan’s mistakes, please. I just don’t like that they are representing the B10, I say if there is anymore head coach singing/crying we kick them out to the MAC.
No one told you when to run, you missed the starting gun
I was just thinking
What would it take for me to ACTUALLY pity Michigan?
Nothing. There’s nothing that could happen. May their tears of unfathomable sadness continue to fall.
You have to make that a fanshot
that is funny.
