Jessedotsmom, if you're listening I found 'gator loin meat, $14 per pound and I'm looking for a good recipe. That guy that's always shouting BAM! from the Food Network has a stew recipe that I may be stuck using unless you can point me in a better direction.
I haven't put the menu together yet so any serving suggestions will be appreciated. Halftime should be right for lunch out here on the left coast so everyone should be ready to eat after the Bloody Marys.
