I don' think Ed can turn this thing around...
unless something drastic occurs. Throwback jerseys won’t be enough. Something new has to happen. I’d like not to see the locker room before the game… let Ed rally the troops by themselves. Talor can’t do it all by himself. He can’t let everyone else rely on him for everything. God forbid he gets 10 blocks today and leads the team in that, too. Who else can show some fire? God I miss Jamelle. It seems everyone else plays scared, afraid to make a mistake. Unless they’re in the fast break… no time to think then. I was going to suggest benching Talor. Let the rest find a leader on the court. But that’s too gimmicky. Too likely to fail. But I do see a win today, by 7, and a career day from Bill E.

This team gives away so many points
by not finishing and1 bunnies. Then they pretty much always proceed to miss at least one of the FTs.
Good lord, the defensive positioning on this team is terrible.
Positioning and recognition
Highberger at least understands that Hoffarber can’t be left alone. I’m not sure Frazier, Babb, and Brooks quite realize that for some reason. But yeah, it’s those blown defensive assignments and second chance points that kill us every single game. I can’t understand how PSU is somehow such a good rebounding team, at least statistically. It seems like the rebounds we don’t get always seem to kill us.

I''ve been watching him the last few games
When he keeps the elbow in he looks good, when he is missing, his left elbow is flying out and he pushes the ball. Of course now, he’ll do everything right and miss everything……..
I hate his shooting form for all sorts of reasons.

Your shooting percentage would probably be similar to Babb's, though.
Highberger’s has to be even worse than Babb’s.
when he is on he looks great
when he is off, as the last couple games it is UGLY. He just is not consistant in what he does.
Has anyone's career story been boosted by this 0-10 conference start more than Danny Morrissey's

LOL... you weren't the only one.
Then again, I was doing that in 2006-07 and 2007-08, too. Without fail, he’d always hit a big 3 at some point after he totally flubbed a pass or had a sloppy, careless turnover and I yelled at the TV.

Really wanted to go to this game
but 20 inches of snow and a 90 mile drive killed that idea. Grandson is a huge Battle fan and i try to get him to a couple games a year.
I'm actually surprised by the size of the crowd
they must do a pretty good job plowing around there.
They didn't get nearly as much snow up that way.
Worst spots were MD/PA border.

Hoffarber badly missed a 3, followed by the ball hitting the deck with 3 PSU players looking at it...
picked up by Minnesota and dunked with no PSU player anywhere near the lane. PSU should have had a chance to tie/lead. Instead, down two possessions again because of careless rebounding.
