joke…I have thought that all along…Bobby Boy figured that Joe would have a tough year this coming season and he anticipated that F$U would be loaded…that’s why he wanted the one more season.to pass Joe, but that was prior to sanctions and the “successor in waiting”. Glad WE don’t have a plan here.

Half of the kids came after Jimbo took over. Some even signed the day Jimbo was named new (real) head coach. Talk about a shot in the nuts to Bobby…

I do not wish death upon Bowden, so don't take this the wrong way
but I get the feeling he’s headed downhill health-wise. I mean just watching him on the sidelines, sure, he was talking into the headset, but he just looked lost out there on the field. I mean, Joe will still grab a kid by shirt and tell him off, or go after a ref to yell at him, Bowden never seemed to do that. I could be completely wrong, but I think his mental clarity is too far gone for anyone to risk him being on the sidelines anymore, especially if he’d wait for Joe to retire.

his mental clarity WAS the main reason F$U wanted him to retire…a couple of 7-6 seasons, with his past, did really not warrant a “kick-out”.

but my morbid point was I think he’ll be dead or be so far gone to do anything by the time Joe decides to roll down the pant legs in 2033.
