Temple is ranked #25 in the country, according to Sagarin Ratings.
Boredom leads one to do things one wouldn't normally do.
Check out this list of teams that you probably hardly ever hear of ranked higher than PSU at this point in the season.
I honestly couldn't tell you where half of these teams are located.

Lost to G'Town
but did beat Syracuse. I agree that they make the Dance, possibly as the 5th or 6th team from the BE.
They did beat WVU on Sunday.
