No, but seriously, I wonder what Danny Morissey is up to these days. I was able to make the last few home games and he was at a few, Jamelle was at most of them too. Are either of them going to pull a Dan Earl and just stay at PSU forever? Last I heard, SMASH was released from the D-League.

He’ll always be one of those guys who’s remembered more fondly than he should because of the NIT. Don’t tell me it doesn’t mean anything.

Sure.

Also, I will remember him fondly because he deserves to be respected as one of those who didn’t transfer out of the mess. Wasn’t a great player, probably wouldn’t have started on most teams, but he stuck around and helped us get some moment in the sun.

Oh, and I like to think he was a better defender than, oh, say Jon Crispin. And Danny was a total liability on defense.
