NCAA Tournament: Day Two Open Thread
While the Big East was single-handedly ruining brackets across the country yesterday, all five Big Ten teams were out of action. That all changes today when Ohio State, Michigan State, Minnesota, Purdue, and Wisconsin open NCAA Tournament play.
Remember, if you're away from the TV use the CBS March Madness On Demand video player to catch all the action on your computer.
Here is your open thread for the day with a schedule after the jump.
West Region:
Minnesota vs. Xavier, 12:25 p.m.
Oakland vs. Pittsburgh, 2:45 p.m.
Vermont vs. Syracuse, 9:30 p.m.
Midwest Region
New Mexico State vs. Michigan State, 7:20 p.m.
California-Santa Barbara vs. Ohio State, 9:35 p.m.
East Region
Morgan State vs. West Virginia, 12:15 p.m.
Cornell vs. Temple, 12:30 p.m.
Wofford vs. Wisconsin, 2:50 p.m.
South Region
Siena vs. Purdue, 2:30 p.m.
Arkansas-Pine Bluff vs. Duke, 7:25 p.m.

Oh, man.
You are killing it today.
No, but seriously, ethnic background, plays characters the audience hates, strange voice, strange appearance. Yes, Peter Lorre is Coach K.

Meh.
plays characters the audience hates
Depends on which audience you’re talking about. But we can save this debate for 7:25. Right now some more Big East EPIC FAIL is about to happen.
Milk-a-what?
The only people who like Coach K are Duke fans.
I’m not going to get into an argument about why Duke is bad or Duke is good, but this is a fact.

I disagree on this.
But again, thats an argument for another day. A subjective argument with no empirical data that can back up either side.
Milk-a-what?
Well, Devon likes Notre Dame.
So maybe he likes Coach K. We should ask him.

I like how Pitt is playing Oakland
That would be like Penn State playing State College.
Whatever. Its funny.
Milk-a-what?
What's funny is that they may lose because the Big East sucks so bad.

If West Virginia Loses...
I’ll pee myself. Of all the Big East fans, WVU fans are unquestionably the most delusional about the Big East’s superiority.

I actually liked WVU when they had Don Nehlen (and because they supported Joe's Eastern Conference)...
But I can’t respect anyone who employs Bob Huggins.

IE is going to work best. Also, it might be best to use a different browser for the rest of your Internet activity while the player’s running.
My (temporary) city has been inundated
with Pitt and Ohio State fans. And some Oakland fans (who I still harbor some resentment towards thanks to hockey). I am not pleased.

I'm rooting for Temple but not really
It’s only because I picked them.
Somewhere between getting cussed out by a bunch of 50+s and having the Nittany Nation bus pelted by snowballs, I lost what little respect I had for Temple.
