The WNBA’s Tulsa Shock, new home of the 3-time WNBA champion Detroit Shock and now coached by former Arkansas head coach Nolan Richardson, has signed disgraced 2000 Olympian Marion Jones to their team. I can’t figure out what’s the most surprising element in that sentence. And since this has yet to have any relationship to PSU yet, I will confirm that Nolan McCready has no relation to Nolan Richardson, and that Richardson during his 2002 tirade mentioned that it was easier to recruit at a place surrounded by urban areas like Penn State.
