Usually late June is full of stories about how the Penn State Student section sold out, sometimes even in a  matter of minutes.  This year didn't seem to bring the same kind of buzz.  Perhaps the new procedure for student ticket sales--with the sales for each class ending on the same day they begin, regardless of whether or not the tickets sell out--has something to do with it.  Still, you'd think the athletic department would make an announcement on the matter--unless there wasn't good news to report.

So, what do you all think?  Has there been news that I've missed?  Is this just a product of the new system?  Or is the student body perhaps not as dedicated as it once was?
